The location was perfect, in an interesting neighbourhood, easily connected by public transport. On sundays, there ia a pop-up vintage market on the street right outside of the door. It was very lively and vibrant, so you might wake up from the noise, but we actually did not mind it.

I simply have no words to describe how amazing this apartment was! It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice — in reality, it’s even better. This is not a private apartment, but professionally managed by a company, and you can really feel it in every detail. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well taken care of. The appliances in the apartment are modern and high quality. The bedding, pillows, and blankets were incredibly comfortable — I slept like a dream. The air conditioning worked perfectly, everything was quiet and cozy — I honestly have no words for how great this choice turned out to be. There was a beautiful view of the street from the window. The apartment had absolutely everything one could need — and more. The washing machine was located on the ground floor, and even there, everything was provided: detergent, soap, towels, toilet paper, trash bags. It was a wonderful surprise. There are three grocery stores nearby, and getting to the city center is easy. You can book a taxi online through the company, and all communication was smooth and fast — they responded quickly and helpfully. If I could give a rating higher than the maximum — I absolutely would! I recommend this place to everyone — truly, to everyone!

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! We’ve got an upgrade to the top floor apartment for no extra fee which was simply marvelous! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, yet very quiet because the rooms overlook to a courtyard. Our room had a large terrace with dining furniture and sunbeds. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Easy check in and check out. The staff is genuinely kind. There is a snack bar at the lobby where you can have complimentary beverages and snacks 24/7. Hoping to return soon! Definitely recommended!

Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The host Pietro is very polite and responsive, he explained everything about the apartment to us and even gave us a recommendation for good restaurants to eat around. The apartment is located in a nice building. The bathroom is large. The bed was very comfortable and we managed to get a good night's sleep after the long walks in Rome. The kitchen has everything we need. The most convenient thing is that right in front of the apartment building is the B1 metro line, which takes you directly to Termini station, the center and the Colosseum. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

    Very clean, spacious and renovated apartment in an authentic Italian condominium right near the metro station (just 5 min slow walking). We were very satisfied by the price/quality ratio. Apartment had everything we needed, from ironer, washing machine and multiple big towels to dishwasher and two air conditioners in each room. High ceilings and good view on the surroundings of Rome downtown with mountains far away. Just exceptional.

    The flat is super spacious! It is full of light and nicely decorated, with cool lofts with beds in two rooms. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, and it was not a problem to leave the bags in the apartment, which we were grateful for. It is located really close to the city center, but still it was nice and quiet for sleeping.

    Quiet Neighborhood but close to attractions with access to Bus and Metro Regional Trains, great hosts friendly and available. Lovely apartment, terrific penthouse lots of space and great views and access via loft also. Great restaurants and and also supermarkets close by.

    Marco was very attentive and responded quickly to messages. The key handover was done smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities, in addition to being conveniently located in front of the train station. The condominium and neighborhood are very peaceful, with good shops nearby.
