Amazing apartment, central to San Marco, 2 min walk from the square or 4 min walk to Rialto bridge. The apartment is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and it has amazing climate control all throughout the rooms. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious and the living room with kitchen has all amenities you need to make breakfast during times when nothing is yet open in Venice. The apartment is much better value for those who value space and location over the hotel, where the room would be much smaller for the money you would pay here. It completely exceeded our expectations, we would definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends who stay in Venice for 3-4 days. For longer stay I would suggest clarifying with hotel what is the policy for cleaning room, as we stayed for 4 days, and it was not that much of a bother to use same towels or use same bedsheets, but for longer stays it might cause discomfort, so it is best to have clarity with the apartment representative on how longer stays are managed, they are very responsive.

We loved out stay at Emma’s House! Met by Anna at the apartment who was lovely and very informative. Beautiful old building freshly renovated. Kitchen facility available with all amenities. Cosy and warm for winter. Excellent location to wander canals and explore Venice. Lots of restaurants, bakery and supermarket near by. Highly recommend staying here. Anna very helpful assisting to get luggage up the stairs to the 1st floor. Thank you so much Anna.

Everything was perfect :-) We were allowed to check in at 13:30, Ms. Carmina was very nice (she speaks basic English, but she spoke Italian with us, because we understand it...) she explained the layout of the house, where we can eat and what to do (and to pay attention to pickpockets 🤭) The house is wonderful, it has really old venetian layout (a narrow, 3 stories high) with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a huge livingroom with antique furniture. The whole Venice is a walkable city, and it took us 12 minute from Piazzale Roma (which was very useful at 5a.m. when we left for the airport...), 30 minutes to San Marco, a huge piazzeta with bars and restaurants exactly at the location. I think it's the first time I give 10 to a location on booking :-D (Especially that the price was very convenient !)
