The property is tucked away in a quiet location, but still close enough to amenities. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. It is spotlessly clean. Dilan and his family are absolutely lovely and made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Having a washing machine was brilliant and saved on using a laundry. I would absolutely recommend it here. Compared to other places we’ve stayed in, it is well underpriced and would happily have made more.

You can tell it’s brand new- super clean no funky smells. The hosts are wonderful and cannot do enough for you, even hanging a mirror in the main room( I was the first booking ) and offering a cot for my son. You have patio furniture and a table and chairs at the back of the property watching the monkeys in the jungle . This was my favourite accommodation in Sri Lanka

Brand new villa, we are the first guests stayed here. Villa is fully equipped with everything you need to live here comfortable. Kitchen with the gas, variety of kitchen utiles, to cook here was great pleasure. The host is always available to help with every item we needed. Villa a bit away from noisy road, that’s why is perfect place for working remotely or stay with family. By the way, beach is in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. Nearest shops are in 10 minutes walking. Big shopping mall is Arpico in Galle is in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. The Garden house caffe is in 5 minutes walking with splendid breakfasts, avocado toasts and perfect coffee. We recommend this villa for those who respect the calm rest in Unawatuna.

Where do I start! This place is truly amazing I initially booked my stay for 7nights however after a few days I loved it so much I decided to extend it to 11 nights. Firstly the apartment is beautiful. Definitely one of the best places I stayed in Srilanka. - great sized bedroom with a comfortable bed and amazing air con 😀 - a beautiful balcony with a sofa that overlooks gorgeous greenery where you can watch the monkeys in the trees and the squirrels running around. - the washing machine was a bonus after travelling for a while - great fully equipped kitchen if you do want to cook in Like the other reviews say, it is slightly out from the main beach area however this is the true beauty of it. It is very easy to organise a tuk tuk on pickme or if you do like to walk like me it only takes 45mins. Secondly and most importantly the hospitality was truly amazing. Ganga who owns the apartment and his beautiful family who live downstairs were always there if you needed anything. They arranged transport when needed, cups of tea/fruit plates some mornings and a few days cooked me up a beautiful traditional Srilankan breakfast all free of charge. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Hopefully will be back to stay again in the near future 😊

We stayed for 4 nights here. It was such a lovely stay. The Apartment was very clean & comfy. The breakfast was absolutely enough and tasty. Garden and Pool were very nice. Suneth and Bhagya were absolutely Kind and helpful. P.S. The Dog („Snowy") was also really Cute (he lives on the streets and not in the Apartment) You can Walk to the beach in 10 minutes.
