The apartment is located on a hill with a partial view of the sea. The neighbourhood is very quiet and beautiful with luxurious villas around. The centre of Carvoiero is only 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is very nice, stylish, comfortable and clean. Large seating area outside on the terrace and there is also a roof terrace for barbecues and sunbathing. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has a nice balcony. Cleaning and changing towels are once a week. There is plenty of free parking on the street. The common area with the other flats around includes a reception, a mini supermarket, a swimming pool and a nice restaurang with bar next to the pool. Everything is clean and well maintained. We ate in the flat a few times, there is enough equipment to cook and wash. We felt like home. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and there was enough information about everything. This flat is absolutely worth renting, highly recommended!

The hosts were wonderful, super kind and helpful with suggestions of stuff to do around the area. They greeted us with homemade lemonade and the ordered platter filled with homemade goods from their garden and many different cheeses and hams, also a great wine to go with it all. The pool was fantastic 30° inside the water we went every day and most of the time there was no one else there. The place is super private fied with nature, many birds, the neighbors cat also walks around sometimes and you can even hear a donkey from far occasionally. Overall a great experience, will definitely come back and suggest the place to friends.

Our host Nina, has set up the place so wonderfully well. She definitely has paid a lot of attention to detail. She has even provided her guests with make-up remover pads! The room was very comfortable, spacious and airy. The kitchen was very well-equipped. We had a shared terrace overlooking the pool and a nice view of the terrain nearby. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away. You also have a few restaurants in the vicinity where you could walk to. The beach that I mentioned Praia do Vale de Centianes is part of the 7 Hanging Valleys Trail and you can use it as the start/end point. All in all had a great time there.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was spacious and had a nice balcony out the front. Ricardo, the host was very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for our trip.     We stayed in the studio. It was perfectly clean and a great distance to town (its a short steep hill back up to the property, but this creates nice separation from the town to give it an ‘away from the centre’ feel despite being close in!). Easy to drive to and from also, if you have a car. Pool was lovely and there were no issues sharing with those staying in the apartment.
