This is the second time I choose to stay here, mainly because of the convenient location and safe, the clean rooms, and the polite and enthusiastic staff. They will try the best to meet my needs and remind me of check-in matters a few days in advance. Cause the day of check-in was my family's birthday, i communicated with they booked a birthday cake and bouquet who was very helpful and arranged everything . On the day of check-in, my family was very happy and surprised to see the cake and bouquet on the dining table. This place makes me feel at home, very comfortable and relaxing! I'm deeply touched, and especially for Henrique and Vera, I can't thank you enough.

Our stay was excellent. My friend and I had some complications regarding a delivery that had to be done at the apartment, and the receptionist served us great help when the package did not arrive, he helped us contact the delivery company and provided us with all the information we needed to personally get the package directly from the delivering site. The location of the apartment was terrific, it was right in the city and there was a subway right besides the building. We were also given a free upgrade, from the original one bedroom room to a two bedroom with a front view of the plaza. We were very pleased with the stay and had a great time.
