Staff was helpful and welcoming. The apartment was modern and comfortable, location perfect for all kinds of trips, with an amazing view (we had the top floor apartment). Breakfast at the neighbouring roaster was generous and staff really nice. We were really happy with our stay!

The location is perfect; not far from the key sights of Porto, but in silent surrounding. The communication with host was very O.K., Pedro answered the questions quickly, and gave us a lot of useful and nice suggestions. Already these have contributed, besides my pre-preparation, to the quality and efficiency of our walks, rides and visits of sights in Porto. We had a lovely one week stay, the a flat was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Perfectly located next to the Jardim do Morro and very close walking distance to the center, along the metro line. The communication was always fast and very helpful between us and the host. We really appreciated accessing the accommodation with a code system, it is very easy and anybody can enter at any time without having logistical problems with keys and such. All in all, our stay was extremely comfortable here so i can really recommend to stay at Gaya Avenue Flats!

Our first night of our road trip from Lisbon to Rio Douro Valley, was at 296 Heritage in Vila Nova Gaia. Our apartment was compact with sofa, kitchen and amazing view to the river, bridge and Porto. Wifi was very good and plentiful continental breakfast was delivered on time. Located along Ribeira de Gaia, we walked along the river enjoying the shops and view of rabelo boats. We had delicious lunch at Porto Cruz. Their tasting of Ports : White, pink , tawny and Ruby was excellent. The day ended with a Fado show in Calem. We parked our Fiat 500 at San Luiz. Only 5 minutes walking and €17 for 24 hrs. Try to park in first level. You can only pay parking ticket at the ground level. Exit at level 8 was not so bad. We enjoyed our stay in 296 Heritage. The Apartment itself is super spacious with a living room and balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The living room has a Great Dining table and large TV and a sofa on the softish side. The kitchen is equipped with some Pots and Pans as well as some dishes and cutlery and cooking Basics. The bedroom has a bed with a pretty soft mattress and is equipped with blinds that make it funny dark. The bedroom is also facing away from the Street so it was very quiet. The Location is amazing - in a residential Area in Portos Gaia District. It’s a ways from the old Town but set amazingly for visiting the southern beaches and also just around the corner from several supermarkets including a huge Continente with a size that reminded us of the US. There are a few parking lots outside on the street as well as a Garage for parking. The Garage is relatively narrow, but it was alright for a Peugeot 208. Check-in was through a pincode box. Communication with the host was good and straight forward.

Our group of 8 enjoyed the Porto Sunset Flat. The apartment is spacious and due to a full wall of windows, the view is fantastic. The apartment is close enough for visiting Porto as well as day trips to the surrounding area and also far enough away to relax outside of the city. Would stay again.

Waking up to this breathtaking river view is amazing. The apartment is beautiful and had everything that we needed for our short stay, but would be just as great for a longer stay too. It has a lot of character with beautiful design details. The breakfast was super generous, offering a variety of options for a good meal.

Beautiful and clean apartment in a very good position. Gaia is quieter than Portr but is only a 5 minute walk to be in the middle of the sights. This a lovely clean and modern apartment in a quiet street only a short walk fro the river bars and restaurants.
