The whole staff and especially the receptionnist, Mai, were super kibd bd helpful. She helped us in planning our trip in Ninh Binh and the tickets for our next destination. Food (breakfast and dinner) were also delicious and super convenient. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived but it was perfect.

The property is very comfortable and the hosts are helpful, welcoming and friendly. It feels brand new, and the bedroom is large and clean. There is a seperate games room with a billiard table. The meals are delicious - we breakfasted and had dinner there for the three days we stayed. The accommodation and meals were excellent value. We were very pleased we had booked here rather than at the park where the accommodation looked tired. The bikes at the property were perfect for exploring the area and riding the short distance to the national park.

What can we say? It was like being welcomed into family. We arrived early at an impossible hour, and they welcomed us without any problems. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The scooter allowed us to explore new places every day, even those farther away. It's a real family run home and you really get the sense of hospitality that we will cherish in our hearts. Amazing little quiet spot ! A true Homestay , and the owners are so welcoming and want to share moments with us. We ordered vegetarian food with no idea what we would be served , our meal was incredible an array of dishes - great surprise ! Unfortunately we could only stay for one night. We hired the bikes and rode to an important temple , a beautiful tranquil spot ! The rooms are very new and clean. We had fun communicating through our expressions and google translate. Thanks for a great stay
