All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees. We know Andorra well & although we ski at Arcalis staying in Arinsal suited us. We had our own transport to the slopes and the apartment gave us easy access to a supermarket and restaurants. The L5 bus stop right outside gave quick and easy access into the capital. The apartment was well equipped allowing us to eat in when we wanted. Having the washing machine meant we could keep on top of our washing - helpful with a 4 year old! The fridge freezer was large and perfect for those wanting to self cater. The apartment block was quiet. The beds were comfy and the apartment warm - heating easily regulated with the thermostatic controls. Hot water when we needed it for showers. The living area was comfy with plenty of room to relax & to eat at a dining table. A few toilet rolls, kitchen towel, washing up liquid & washing utensils got us started & then we simply purchased what we needed. The apartment came with a parking space but our hire car was a little too big for the space so we parked at a nearby free carpark or, if we were lucky, in a space just opposite the apartment block entrance. We were a party of 3 generations - 3 adults and a 4 year old. It was perfect for our one week skiing.
