My husband and I stayed in Avani as part of our honeymoon trip. We ordered balloons & Prosecco as an add on to be set up in our room when we’re checking in and got some complementary cake also! The set up was so lovely. The room was unbelievable, we had a superior 1 bed apartment with sea view and the views were incredible. The room was so clean, the housekeeping was great and in general it was so well equipped with all the bits that you may need. The staff were incredible; always friendly and gave us advice any time we inquired about something; Honestly everything was just absolutely superb, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at! Would come back 100%

Royal Continental Suites Business Bay - Deluxe Apartments is located in the Business Bay district in Dubai, and features a rooftop pool, a kitchen and lake views. The aparthotel features a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and spa facilities. The aparthotel also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Large apartment, splendid view to Burj Khalifa and the Business Bay. The hotel is in an ideal location indeed. Burj Khalifa can even be reached within 20 minutes if you don't mind walking! Much faster option than taxi, particularly in rush hours. Service was absolutely perfect, receptionists professional and attentive, rooms clean. Breakfast was a la carte in the restaurant downstairs. I reckon prepaid buffet breakfast is also an option, but I am not sure. The restaurant is very good for dinner too. The location is not particularly quiet but this can be said about most Dubai locations, as there is some kind of motorway around every corner. I recommend earplugs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I slept like a child, every night. There is a small supermarket by the hotel entrance. The goods are, however, rather overpriced and the selection limited. The promenade along the Business Bay is still under construction but even now it allows for a solid walking/running exercise. Or cycling, come to that. There is Nespresso machine in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped, but kitchen towels were missing and, for some reason, did not appear despite several reminders. Room service is available daily, so no need to worry about cleaning.

A bath and a shower are fitted in the bathroom. friendliness of staff, as well as the room being very clean and the location of the place. the view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious.
