Just like many other guests have mentioned, the location is excellent—very close to the Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. The apartment I stayed in had two spacious rooms, which was perfect for a comfortable and restful stay. Both rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. What I especially loved were the two balconies—each one offered a lovely view and a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air. It was the perfect way to start and end the day. And of course, the traditional breakfast was a highlight. Everything was homemade and full of local flavors. You can feel the love and care the hosts put into preparing it. They were also very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Sava’s House truly deserves all the great reviews. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a perfect place to relax and have the most leisurely time, the host was super accommodating and offered us everything we needed, even let us borrow umbrella to go when it was raining. The location is a bit of a walk to the center but it is a lovely walk, remember to cross the bridge first though. The breakfast was lovely and made us feel like at home! We arrived on tour bikes and they helped us clean them off from a muddy ride and stored them in a safe location during our stay. Provided some helpful tips for seeing the local sights and a great breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a lovely big apartment, with a shaded garden to sit in, secure parking at the front. Washing machine with powder for use. We were travelling on bicycles and my husband had been ill and was not fit to cycle, so they came and picked us up in their car so we wouldn't lose a day in Berat. Loved the little 'petullas' fried batter balls with honey & sliced apple that the lady upstairs made fir us one afternoon. The apartment is out of the tourist area, up a cobbled lane but we walked into the town both days, about 15 mins. Local supermarkets and a lovely bakery nearby.

Property has separate in-built garage on The same building which IS very huge plus, because finding a parking place in this town could be the problem. Next building to aparts - supermarket Spar, which is very handy.

Modern and super clean, not too cold in October, very nice and helpful hosts. Everything was great! It's not in the main tourist attraction area, but easily walkable to those areas if you're ok with walking a bit.
