The girl at the lobby (Martina) gives this place a big plus, even though I think she doesn't work for Fma, she is always trying to make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. She really is the best. Communication with Fma staff is always quick and on point. I highly recommend staying here specially during business days, not so much during the weekends or on holidays.

Guillermo is a very welcoming host, he helps you with everything, is always antentive even until nighttime. Once he helped us out with something at 22:00 night. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. It was my place of rest during a long trip. Centrally located, a park a block away and many restaurants in the same street. A few blocks from the main square 9th July. The apartment is nice, and yes the shower overflows a bit as many people mentioned. But that does not take away from the rest.The bed is wonderful, good pillows and very comfy and nice sheets. Airconditioning was great, as it was hot during my stay. Last but not least, Fabricio is the best host ever, always available and replying quickly. And a great sense of humor. Loved it and would most certainly stay again.
