Very well equipped kitchen. Good carpark. Lovely staff. Good breakfast in very nice restaurant surroundings. Great location for access to chairlift up Mt Snezkou and other walks and being right in the town it's good for other restaurants. ( Visited in April/May) Also loved the spa area in sister hotel with outdoor jacuzzi. Very reasonable price.

Fully equipped kitchen and I mean really fully equipped I could only miss nespresso/coffe machine that one may expect from this level- full set of glassware/kitchenware, e.t.c. that we had not used but it was there. Very comfortable beds/sheets,e.t.c. Great breakfast and alternative to old reviews they do have both a coffee machine and American style filter coffee. A bottle of prosecco on ice was also nice. They managed to squeeze full breakfast into the available space - we had nothing to comply about. There is a nice lobby with terrace to the river side. You get one parking space and 90 minutes of wellness/spa access from morning till 17:00 on the roof.

At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. the cleaning lady was very nice, even though we don't understand each other by languages, she was very helpful indeed. very clean apartment, good location to ski lift (access to one slope), and a ski rental down the slope within walking distance.

It has given us a magical winter time.

We enjoyed the stay very much - so many space, all facilities are so new amd in this apartament everything is planned and set up till tiny miscelaneous. Super clean and fresh. The trails are nearby, it’s very comfortable. Also good restaurant downstairs. The staff of hotel is very friendly and kind. We will come back next year!!!
