At the aparthotel, each unit is fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A fridge is also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. (In fact, we miss it having moved to another area in France.) The grill, patio area, comfortable beds, rain shower, private parking spot, air conditioning, proximity to the beach, and fully stocked kitchen. Our hostess was a delightful person as well.

The apartment with a terrace and garden views has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. Excellent base to enjoy the area. You are very close (5 min walk) to Boucanet Beach which is very beautiful, golden sand, and relatively quiet. On the way to the beach is a small shop. Directly on the other side of the property is a nature reserve where you can make a nice walk, particularly once you cross the road that cuts through it. Le Espiguette is the star beach of the region in my view, there is a naturist part you may find attractive if you are into that. For good coffee and healthy food, I recommend Alma in La Grande Motte. The house is very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the deck which has sliding doors on either side. The house has two bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom, toilet and living room downstairs, which is very handy if you and your company have different rythms. There is even a fence on top of the stairs, keeping your small kids safe.

Alain gave us a really good welcome on arrival and showed us how everything worked . We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for our stay and good value.

Kitchen is equipped well. Everything was very nice.

Coffee and tea as well as some basics were there. It is located just a short walk from the beach. Private parking is available just outside the building. Nothing was missing during our short stay. We were met by Diane who showed us the apartment and answered questions.
