Everything looks really nice and lots of place to store your stuff. Private parking out front. Close to ski resorts. Communcation easy with the host over WhatsApp. Quick response time on their side. Also very helpfull when you as the guest run into some problems. Thanks for helping me out. 10/10 - would stay there again.

Me and my family came from England and Spain to do a road trip in Georgia and stayed in Tsogne's Kingdom for the amazing proximity to the stunning Vardzia Caves. Literally 5 minutes away and super easy access to them from the accommodation. Little we knew Tsogne's Kingdom was going to be as special! We loved the rooms, beautifully decorated and clean, all new and good qualities. The host, Tsogne's, speaks English and he and his family are so friendly and nice, talking to us, allowing us to take photos of the garden, flowers, tortoise and the salmon the fished and barbaqued!!!!! Both dinner and breakfast were included and they were just surreal! My family and I could not believe the feast we were having for so cheap compared to European prices. The food was also local and fresh. We had plenty of vegetables and meat, fish, salad, bread, pasta, eggs. Wow! I'm so impressed with this place and I so so highly recommend it!

The apartmnet is amazing, in a nice part of Bakuriani. We just needed an apartment to stay overnight, travelling with a 3mo kid. Everything went as expected, the host gave detailed instructions how to collects keys, location, etc. The check-in took 2 minutes to this beautiful apartment. We found everything in the apartment needed, the place is quiet, a restaurant and a market are available in the next buildings, free parking near the building. Although it is summer, we took a walk to the Bakuriani lifts (5mins) to check the possibility of staying there also in the winter.

It was such a pleasure to stay for 2 nights at the Landhaus. So calm, nice and friendly. The house itself is very comfortable, clean, cozy and has everything you need. We came for the New Year, and there were a Christmas tree and other decorations) The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Already want to come back!)

Even though we met only a housekeeper, we are able to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp and they give all information about your query and recommendation about Borjomi and good restaurants. The place is quiet and good for sleeping. The inside parking lot and kitchen utensils are a plus. There is also a small supermarket nearby within walking distance. However, we drive our car to the SPAR supermarket and a farmer market for shopping. It's only 2-3 minutes from the apartment.
