We were a group of five friends and stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room facilities were all clean and seemed brand new. The bathroom featured a bidet, which was a great touch for us! The apartment also had a TV, internet, air conditioning, a coffee machine, and even an iron and ironing board. It’s within walking distance to Fabrika, Marjanashvili Metro, Freedom Square, and more. Highly recommended!

One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the basement — a real archaeological treasure! Ancient arches, fragments of old walls, and artifacts discovered right under the building make your stay feel like a small journey through time. Nini shares the history of these discoveries with so much love and respect that you truly begin to feel the spirit of the Old City. The rooms are clean, cozy, and full of character, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, and it’s just a short walk from all the main attractions — Eva Pavarotti is an ideal place for anyone who wants to experience the real Tbilisi.
