I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Very confortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Parking is not easy around the area but the hotel has some solutions with the nearby mall.

The space immediately made me feel at home and is the perfect place to wind down, relax, or base yourself out of when exploring Heraklion. My particular unit had two balconies — one on each end — which was a welcome, unexpected feature. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

He not only recommended excellent restaurants but also made reservations for us, and every time we met, he asked if everything was fine, reassuring us that he were always at our disposal. The apartment itself has high ceilings that give you a sense of being well-treated. Every detail, from the carefully chosen décor to the pleasant scent of the soap and even the performance of the hair dryer, shows thoughtfulness. There was even a wine vacuum stopper provided. If I were to visit again, I would not hesitate to stay here.
