The host was super helpful and served us one of the best dinners we had ever. Mljet is a must, Marija apartments are must too. View from the balcony is spectacular. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Ferry is really on a few min far by car.

The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and friendly, with even extending our check out time as our ferry was cancelled due to weather. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and modern.. with a fantastic view! We found the location the best on this side of the island as its a lot less touristy than Pomena and has great little local shops around it (also getting around the national park was easy to do on foot or bikes from Poláce). Would strongly recommend this stay and want to thank Sandra and her lovely family again for having us... we'll be back!

We went right before the season has begun so it was quiet and peaceful. Only crickets and the sound of the waves hitting the rocks. And the slow warm wind. Amazing!
