The apartment was in a centralized location, safe and, most importantly, very clean. We will definitely reserve this location again for our next trip to Napoli, and we recommend it for our friends and family. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Loved it! The location was simply perfect – right in the heart of the old town of Naples, full of charm and local life. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Luigi. He was incredibly helpful, especially with finding parking in the old town – something that would have been practically impossible without him. From the moment we arrived, he supported us with everything we needed, showing exactly the kind of warm hospitality Naples is famous for. We’re already looking forward to coming back again for sure!

Welcome to Residence Panoramic set in Maiori, beautiful and famous town on the Amalfi Coast.

The finely decorated rooms feature an extreme care for details, to provide you with an elegant and cosy accommodation. Every room comes with a kitchenette, and some rooms offer sea views. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The room was ready by the time we arrived ( 10.30am) though the checking time was 2.00pm. They have given us croissants , biscuits with all other basic stuff. Room was super comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.The location is good. The bus stop and ferry port is in walking distance. The best hotel during our italy trip of 12 days. Would recommend this to any and especially people travel with kids. All apartments feature a balcony or terrace with views of the sea. Free parking and a shuttle to Piazza Antiche Mura are available. The view! We were glued to the view the property had. All facilities and amenities were great. Its fit for family/friends with same energy levels. The kitchenette was complete, we didn't eat there particularly, but I saw people cooking full meals. The space was clean too.

At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. everything was very nice. the host was very nice and helpful. he also arranged for us to go to the airport for our early morning flight. room 2 and 3 where we stayed were exactly like in the photos. nothing was missing from the room. upon our arrival there was coffee, croissants, toast etc. in the room. There are metro stops, supermarkets, restaurants and other shops nearby. The neighborhood is safe and on the edge of the historic center. There is paid parking at the property, but it is cheaper than other parking lots and completely safe. The price-quality ratio is quite good, I would definitely recommend it.

We arrived very tired after many days walking the Portuguese Camino, then a flight to Naples airport late evening. Ziettas Pop House was just a short walk from the airport, so convenient. 5 star accommodation, everything was perfect. The Pop artworks were fabulous. Excellent communication about entering and exiting the apartment, it's easy. If you are flying into Naples later in the day, stay here, you will not regret it, so much easier than trying to get into Naples in the dark, and you get a fabulous apartment.

I slept like I was at home. On top of the comfort and beauty, the location is at the heart of everything. This will be my go-to apartment when visiting Napoli.
