Great, friendly and helpfull staff. Books, art albums and really usefull Parma visit recomndations were waiting for us. Very cosy common area with tea and some little sweets. Nice and well decorated building. And great location - very close to the beautiful city center. We would like to come back one day.

The accommodation is non-smoking. We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

There was JUST enough toilet paper but there is a PAM supermarket close by that sells beer and wine plus of course all types of other supermarket items. The lines can be long and bring your own bags if you don’t want be charged for their cheap ones. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The check in and check out was seamless. The breakfast coupons for six euros each was very nice. However, the coupon will only cover one breakfast sandwich so if you want a drink, you will need to pay extra.
