It is one of the nicest places we've stayed during our month long trip in Italy. Good breakfast provided at a nearby bar. Our host Angelo went above and beyond to accomodate our early arrival. Communication was prompt and helpful. Everything was great. We would give 11/10 if we could.

Super beautiful apartment in the middle of the town, new and clean, it had everything I needed for the stay, owner super nice and friendly also helping before my arrival to find out about bus possibilities to Orvieto, communication fast and without problems, you should not miss this place. The room was not only beautiful, but also full of character, with a unique charm that made the whole experience feel very special. The tower itself is stunning, a perfect blend of history and comfort, and we felt immediately at home. Gianluca was very kind, attentive, and very willing to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served at a lovely little café nearby, where we enjoyed delicious coffee and a pastry. Overall, everything was perfect: the place, the atmosphere, and above all the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Italy.

The unit has soundproofing and a bidet. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Rosso Robino is an exquisite place with view on the Lake, one of our best stays during our trip in Italy. The decoration is cute but with taste, ideal for a couple. Marta is a nice town, well connected to enjoy good times around the lake. The apartment and the whole inner building is brand new, recently renovated, whereas the exterior is ancient with charm. You can park cheaply in front of the building (6 eur a day) or freely a bit further. The apartment could be well heated if necessary (it was rather cold at night outside), the shower is hot and with strong pressure, the kitchen is large and convenient, there are two connected TVs.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Casa Maddalena was our FAVORITE place we stayed on our 2 week honeymoon in Italy. What a gem! Sparklingly clean, super quiet, well appointed with everything we could need, and a sweet view of the lake and passersby on the sidewalk below. I loved the blackout curtains and slept sooo well here. Marta feels extremely safe and this building was very nicely maintained. As an American who aspires to speak Italian more fluently, I loved Marta and its local feel. I don't think I heard any English spoken :) A peaceful sanctuary after a day of driving on our road trip. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed even more. We especially loved the proximity to all of Marta's restaurants, and the little gelateria down below and Il Salotto for morning cappuccinos. Oh and the fruit and veg shop across the street! Complete perfection.

Visiting Calcata and staying here was one of the most beautiful experiences we've had.
