The tent was immaculate, with everything carefully arranged to provide both comfort and authenticity. It was incredibly cozy, and I felt completely at ease in the space. After a day of adventure in the desert, it was the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The staff were equally impressive. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with the utmost respect and care. They were always polite, helpful, and genuinely eager to make sure I had the best experience possible. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome and at home, which made my stay even more enjoyable. They were also knowledgeable, offering great insights into the area and suggesting activities I wouldn’t have thought of. The jeep tour was one of the highlights of my trip. The ride through Wadi Rum was exhilarating and allowed me to explore the desert in a way that simply walking couldn’t. The guide was incredibly friendly and shared interesting stories about the landscape and its history. We visited some of the most iconic sites in Wadi Rum, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It was an unforgettable adventure, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! In conclusion, my stay in Wadi Rum was amazing in every way. The cleanliness of the room, the respectful and professional staff, and the thrilling jeep tour all contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a unique desert getaway!

My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best food in Jordan— every meal was flavourful and fresh. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The bubble tent had everything we needed and more. One of the highlights of the trip was the jeep tour organized through the hotel. It was perfectly coordinated, ran smoothly, and allowed us to enjoy the scenery without any hassle. From start to finish, everything was well-managed and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered stay!

We spent one night at the Nala Luxury Camp & Bubbles Hotel and loved the experience. The tent was comfortable and spacious, equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a private bathroom, heating, hot water, and a breathtaking view of the desert. Communication was easy via WhatsApp – Mohamed sent us the exact location and waited for us at the arranged time to drive us to the camp. We left our car in a designated parking area free of charge, which was very convenient. There is also a communal tent with a fire pit, where you can sit in the evening and enjoy traditional Jordanian tea with sage and cinnamon – a really cozy and authentic experience. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, freshly prepared, and full of authentic Jordanian flavors. We highly recommend taking the 4-hour desert tour to see the most interesting spots, as well as a camel ride from local Bedouins along the route. A wonderful place that is definitely worth visiting when traveling in Jordan. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying here. The food was delicious and the enclave trip was great. We enjoyed watching the sunset and the tour leader prepared tea for us at sunset.
