Artfully and tastefully designed, extremely functional so that we had everything we needed, clean and modern, and with a lovely view of Osaka and the river. The host was responsive and amazing.

Easy check in and out and a very good neighborhood for a stay, directly across the Osaka tower.

It was great to be able to use a washing machine in our room and not have to go to a coin laundry. Clean and comfortable room, largest we stayed in during our time in Japan. No staff on site but there are some lockers in the reception area you can use to store your luggage. A quiet spot but a short walk to multiple different train stations/lines as well as Shinsekai and Ebisu.

The organization was perfect, with simple procedures for check-in and check-out. The room was in perfect order and very close to the public transport. The neighborhood was very quiet, too. The comunication in english was perfect.

We stayed comfortably, the space was enough for 5 people, there were kitchen utensils, fridge, washer/dryer, always hot water to shower. It was easy to check in and out, there was toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, refills for the toilet paper and the bags for the bins. There was also washing powder for the washing machine. All in all, we can't praise the place enough. We were out all day and didn't stay inside for long, but the place was functional. Communication with management was very easy and polite through the booking.com app.
