Bazén, fitko a kulečník k dispozici. Za tu cenu luxus. Dobrá anglická komunikace s majitelem přes WhatsApp. Doporučuji!

You’re close to everything central to Barranco. You’re staying above Augusto’s home so I felt very secure/safe. You get keys so you can come and go as you please. The place is spacious and has everything you need. I didn’t mind not having a kitchen—the fridge and microwave and water kettle are more than some other places. There was also a heater in each room which was appreciated as someone who runs cold and a hair dryer in the bathroom! The shower got hot quick. The breakfast was great. Augusto is a wonderful host, prompt to reply to messages and kind. He helped me with my heavy bag up and down the stairs. I will absolutely look to stay here again if I’m ever in Lima—and recommend it to folks coming. I stayed at a hotel in Miraflores when I first arrived and El Refugio was much better. The apartment is very spacious with two full bedrooms, a living room as well and a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a washing machine. Also, parking is included in case you arrive by car. The building has a good location within Miraflores and it has manned reception/security.

This apartment is in the best spot in Miraflores. It's super quiet and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the hot water works perfectly, and it's very spacious. The host, Ricardo, is really kind..he helped me get a local SIM card and gave me tons of great tips for exploring Lima. The internet is solid, which is great since I work remotely and have online meetings. Plus, there are restaurants, a gym, supermarkets, Kennedy Park, and cafés just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lima.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We got a quick answer every time. The apartment was spotless when we got there and they came half way our stay to clean it again.

Great location in Miraflores a few minutes for either the main Kennedy Parque and the famous Malecon boardwalk. Restaurant and bar options were excellent. Room was very spacious and clean. Host was easy to contact. Entering and exiting the apartment complex was from a door controlled by reception (no key to enter...but you need a key to the room). View from balcony includes the ocean. Kitchen is fairly modernized.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and we found it very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always go an extra mile to make sure we feel like we were at home. It is located in a very safe and central area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included and it is very good! Fruits, hot dishes, pastries, juices, etc. I ordered a couple salads, and they were huge and very tasty.
