We had meals in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessities for a living: fridge, cooker, coffee machine, washing machine, hover, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, pots, pans, beautiful dishes and various sophisticated items. There was a cosy pretty sofa in the kitchen for extra sitting and a lovely balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the old town in the short distance. It is located in a short distance from the train station, easy to find and the street is wide with shops nearby in the residential area. The main room was tastefully decorated and beautifully convenient for sleeping, dining at the table, watching TV or playing board games. Marvellous high ceilings, which are rare in England! The bed was really comfortable for my problematic back. Fresh linen, clean newly refurbished bathroom, overall cleanliness, freshness and sophistication, combination of heritage and contemporary decor. We were impressed and felt at home straight away. The communication from the host was extremely professional with clear instructions how to reach and enter the property. He kindly left us a nice surprise in the fridge. He was thorough to make our stay as comfortable as possible and was ready to assist with anything we needed.
