We appreciated all the welcoming gifts, including a special gift made just for our daughter. Carlos took us to a hidden beach, which was a special little adventure on its own. It was very clean, and the welcome treats were such a lovely touch. The owners/hosts were super friendly + helpful in whatever one could need ~ would definitely stay here again!

Very warm & friendly welcome by our host family. They live just around the corner and are always easy to reach in case of questions. A nice place in the nature, just outside of Horta. The family has a big garden were they grow their own vegetables and fruit and keep their own chicken. Quiet place, shielded from the street and quiet even though it's close to the runway of the airport. But with so little air traffic it really does not matter. Nice to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine. The apartment is big, clean, modern and furnished with taste, just renovated 1 year ago and in perfect condition.

The location in Horta was great: quiet, yet close to everything. Communication with Tania was excellent from the beginning – quick, friendly, and easy. We felt completely at home and would happily stay here again!
