The location is excellent, close to everything, and there’s free parking nearby. Instead of a key, we used a code to enter, and there was no in-person contact with anyone. Highly recommended!

Modern very clean apartment, with lots of light. Bedrooms have a very good size, beds are very confortable with spotless bedding, bathrooms are very clean, modern, spacious, with very good showers and clean towels. They provide shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel and hand and body lotion. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and has everything you need to cook meals. It has a washer and dryer, a nice dining room and living room with patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy it. The location is excellent, on a very quiet street, very close to restaurants, with a supermarket 1 block away and close to touristic points. Even though I read comments that check in was difficult, for us was very easy, they send a code and it worked perfectly well. Staff (Miguel, Ana and Stacy) were always kind, helpful and responsive. Sonia, the cleaning lady was very kind and cheerful. Be aware that no staff physically works there, all communication is made through Booking or phone or Whatsap.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The apartment was very spacious and super clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We've also enjoyed jakuzzi, sauna, and pool in the late evening.

The minute the gates open you feel at peace with this property. It breathes nature with all its animals, fruit trees and palm trees. I would never go back to a hotel in São Miguel once experiencing this beautiful Quintã. Claudia and Nicole were amazing and very attentive to our needs daily. My kids always looked forward coming back after exploring the beauty of this island. You felt free to enjoy the property and all its amenities. Amazing vacation that my kids and I will treasure forever.

I have to highlight excellent breakfast, plenty of choices (bread, toasts, croissants, pancakes, eggs, muffins, ham a cheese…). Really clean, big suite. Free pool and spa (sauna, jacuzzi). Free parking. Close to the city center and airport.

Our host Helio was one of the nicest person we have ever met and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect - calm but still in the walking distance to the city central. And we felt very safe all the time. In front of the house it had space to park the rent-car for free and the apartment itself was equipped with everything what you might need and even more. ( We have stayed in a lot of small apartments while travelling and never seen one so good equipped like this one.) We felt like at home from the first night there and our holidays were perfectly rounded up with the delicious dinner we had on our last evening together with Helio.
