Communication was excellent, fast, clear, and included all the key information we needed before and during our trip. The location was fantastic, very easy to find, and a perfect base for exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Having amenities like onsite washing/drying machines was convenient (though note these require card/phone payment). There was also a gym available, though unfortunately it was closed during our visit. Overall, we had a great experience here and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

The property was excellent we would definitely stay there again . Beds rooms were amazing. Very clean throughout. Excellent washing machine and tumble dryer . Kitchen was amazing everything we needed to cook with . We even had lunch boxes so we could take our own food to the parks and beaches . Towels were clean and fresh . Even had pool towels to take to the water parks . Games room was amazing as well . We’re looking at booking again for later this year .

The apartment is super spacious. Very clean and we all enjoyed the Harry Potter theme. It's prefert for the family trip. It's also very close to Epic park (about 5 mins drive).
