There are a lot of new restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment so there is little reason to cook your own meals. There is also a clothes washing machine if you need it and there is plenty of natural air flow through the apartment for your clothes to dry quickly. The hot water worked very well compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam. The apartment building in general is very clean. There is also secure parking underneath the building at the cost of 7k for a motorbike. Ri the host was very helpful and takes pride in keeping the apartment clean as well as looking after all his plants.

The owner, Ms Jacy, was very nice and helpful, she did not intervene much beside initial welcoming. We asked for suggestions on a vegan restaurant and she recommended us Om Vegan Restaurant which turned out to be just as we expected. About the apartment, the pros are: - Good location, located in a quiet neighboorhood about 1km walking distance to the beach, not too far and you can ride or drive directly to the main beach which big parking space. - The apartment is very well-maitained, very clean and comfortable. - Good wifi - Lovely city view up high ( I stayed at floor 10) - Good kitchen utensils so you can even cook your own meals, it even equipped with an infrared cooker, an airfryer, a refridgerator… - A washer and clothes hanger so you can do laundry. - Parking is available in the basement but most people just park around the surrounding streets nearby. Parking spots are abundant.
