Beach rentals in Ushuaia

The host Andy was extremely helpful and very responsive. From finding a last-minute car hire agency, to providing support with the laudry service, to organizing a taxi to the airport. She could help us with anything we asked for, immediately. The house is well equipped, newly refurbished, spacious and very confortable. Internet connection was very good. We did not miss anything.

This was the best private property that we have ever stayed at. The position of the apartment at the head of the Beagle channel provided some excellent sunrises and pleasant views out to sea. It is located out of town ( a pleasant 20-minute walk) or a quick Uber ( really cheap) The host was perfect in every way. We had several flight changes for our arrival, but he was flexible to our requirements ( and when we did eventually arrive, he came out of the gym to meet us) On our arrival, we asked about exchanging some money. He asked how much, got his phone out, and showed me the exchange rate, and it was there on the table the following day. The apartment has everything you could ask for. The water pressure and temperature were superb, and it was really nice to have a full sized bath. We were picking up a cruise from Ushuaia, and on our day of departure, he even came and picked us up to take us to our check-in point. Finally, he gifted us a book of his art, which was a really nice touch. We would not hesitate in using this property again if we ever returned to Ushuaia. Be adventurous instead of being in a hotel with lots of other people potentially staring at a brick wall out of your window. You will not be disappointed. For me it was a perfect stay in Ushuaia. A local house where you feel the atmosphere and coziness and also have wonderful views from room, kitchen and the garden. Located near the intersection of roads to the town center, airport and Tierra del Fuego National Park. Not in the city center but I see it as an advantage because it's more quiet and there's more space. The center is just 2 km away which is either a very cheap Uber ride (1-2 EUR at the time when I was staying) or just around half an hour of a nice walk. The hosts were very nice and helpful with everything, I enjoyed my stay a lot and wish I stayed longer.
