Very nice, new apartment just outside of Puerto Montt. It has a kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms, closet room and a parking spot although we didn't use it since parking in front of the building was safe and more convenient. There are a few nice restaurants and cafes around. If you have a car it's a good location for the trips to the surrouding areas since you usually don't have drive through the city.

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. There is a person at the “reception” 24 hours which made us feel secure and is a bonus if you arrive late or have to leave early in the morning. The staff were always friendly.
