Emma the host was wonderful. Helpful on places to go for me and my grandaughter, gave us halfprice tickets for adventure island, the breakfast was wonderful, cleaned the room every day. Went out of her way to make our stay nice. Will definatly return.

Excellent service from the very friendly staff from the minute I arrived until it was time to go, My room was clean and quiet all round as was the whole hotel and the area, food very good indeed, good choice at from the dinner menu, just sad I wasn't there long enough to try everything! Breakfast was very good too.

Extremely good communication with the owner who takes great care to make sure your stay is a success. She has done an amazing job with decorating her chalet which looks beautiful. Even if small, for obvious reasons, the kitchen is very well kitted with pots & pans and lovely plates/cups... Was surprisingly quiet, but maybe the time of the year helped as not many chalets were occupied on that weekend (mid-October)
