It's a spacious flat , located on the mangalore Suratkal highway before Govinda Dasa bus stand and there is a Nilgiris store right below the building. The owner Nischal is very friendly person immediately post the booking he contacted us via WhatsApp and shared directional details and tips for places to visit etc. The house is very well equipped. AC in both the rooms, cupboard storage, WiFi, TV connected to ott platforms, dinning area , bathrooms are clean and maintained well, Kitchen has all the utensils needed for a small family cooker, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator, RO filter for drinking water.. A fully automatic Washing machine is also available. Everything has a place in the house and the house is well organised and aesthetically pleasing. Maid Bindu visits everyday and she is also very well spoken and well behaved person and her services(dusting/moping/watering plants/changing bed covers) are covered with no additional charges. The place is close to the Suratkal beach (2km) too. All in all our 2 weeks stay with kids here was memorable and it just felt like somehow we magically shifted our home from Bangalore here.. and I would recommend this service apartment against any hotel in mangalore stay especially if you are planning a working/vacation with family as it allows you a great flexibility to work / attend functions/meet friends and cousins/ invite them in/ cook when you want to have home food or order in(yes zomato/ swiggy services also works here).

The Host Rahul was gracious and kind enough. He provided us with basic items.milk and tea and bottled water. He arranged for early check-in and arranged for transport to Kollur with a very friendly driver. Throughout the stay, we felt like we stayed with our own family. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this apartment.
