The apartment is clean and has everything you need. I was traveling in Australia for ~3 weeks and this place has laundry. It was convenient to do laundry within the apartment unit. Imen was also extremely helpful to accommodate early check-ins.

In the St Kilda district of Melbourne, close to Middle Park Beach, Modern Quiet 1 & 2 Bed Apt Opposite Albert Park has free bikes and a washing machine. The property was extremely clean and comfortable and everything was provided for us. The hosts really do go above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay and we really did! One of the best properties we have ever stayed in Melbourne. Highly recommend this property.

Located in Melbourne in the Victoria region, Edge of Elwood - Unwind in Style by St Kilda Beach features a balcony. We would highly recommend this property if you need a base for a couple of weeks in a lovely leafy Melbourne suburb, well serviced by east and quick public transport to the city and a host of amenities on your doorstep. We stayed here while visiting family. 5 minute walk to all the shops and bars and restaurants in St Kilda’s Acland Street. Another 5 minute walk to St Kilda beach and esplanade. We had a car so a five minute drive to Elwood and Brighton each with a host of upmarket eateries and shops. The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and extremely well stocked if you want to cook. The apartment building and surrounding streets were so quiet, safe and peaceful. Easy care parking outside. The hosts were great and easily contactable . Great value for money! From the moment you walk in the front door, stain glass entrance, beautiful high ceilings and fantastic furnishings , your struck by the amount of natural light, two massive bedrooms with beautiful vistas and the second room complete with fireplace and bay window , I knew I had made the right choice, big bathroom , large well appointed kitchen with adjoining dining room all very functional and easy to use, a laundry with everything you need , this place is very well catered with extra towels , cloths for cleaning and plenty of rubbish bags , toiletries etc, the host does not skimp on the everydays. Large lounge complete with leather lounge and smart TV round out the inside. The outside is just as homely, a beautiful rear yard with a brilliant outdoor BBQ area, and lemon , fig and apple trees giving shade and elegance to the yard, a private front courtyard ,great place for an after dinner aperitif, this place was great and I couldn't recommend it more highly, had a wonderful stay and Cudos to the host.
