The house including common areas and the room was very nice, clean, and cozy. Location is just perfect with beautiful view for the corso and the town. The ferry service was excellent, easy to use. Mohammed was very nice, he offered us trips that were well organized, like for example to Abu Simbel and to Philae Temple. The island has a great atmosphere with local shops and restaurants. Better to stay here than on the other side of the river. The Nubian houses were beautiful. We felt the people’s hospitality. If any would like to be immerse in the local culture, this place is perfect for it. We arrived as a couple and we only had great experiences.

The bedroom is very large with 2 full sized beds. The aircon was great But the greatest part of the stay was meeting the family. The hosts were kind, happy, and friendly. We needed a needle and thread but the mother had a sewing machine and did the repair. We played cards at the table and the host brought us cookies The breakfast was delicious They made the best beans I had in Egypt
