Located in Pera Gyalos, just 80 metres from Pera Gialos Beach, Bedspot Apartments Astipalaia provides beachfront accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. the apartment had everything you needed to have. It was clean and you enter a code to get into the apartment which is very useful. The cleaning guy was very polite and helpful. I will choose again BedSpot and I recommend it.

Great location, perched between the windmills and the castle, offers easy access to both the main Chora stores and restaurants as well as the monumental castle and the bars higher up in the Chora. Popi, the studios owner and manager, is very hospitable, offers a ride to and from the ferry, a really nice breakfast, and is an excellent communicator overall providing nice tips and suggestions for newcomers

Vithos Seaside Aparthotel is a beachfront property located in Astypalaia Town, a few steps from Pera Gialos Beach and less than 1 km from Church of Panagia Portaitissa. It is an excellent place to stay on Astypalea! The appartment is impeccable clean, very spacious, feels new. The balcony is beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is strong. The location is at the front of the bay line. Wish we could stay longer.

The room was exceptionally clean (they cleaned it EVERY day). The view was pretty nice as well and the communication with the owner (who also rented me a moto) was excellent

Set in Analipsi and only 600 metres from Maltezana Beach, Castellano Village offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We absolutely love our time at this accommodation . The room was big enough and equipped with all you need , very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location is also amazing with a great view . We will definitely come back next year!

Offering city views, Φως (Fos) is an accommodation situated in Astypalaia Town, 100 metres from Church of Panagia Portaitissa and 600 metres from Gouerini Castle. It's been a fantastic experience and honestly Argiro and Antonis went above and beyond in all aspects of hospitality. They did everything in their power to help even when my phone broke down. They even took me to a specialist themseleves. That was remarkably unforgettable!

Situated in Astypalaia Town, 400 metres from Pera Gialos Beach and 1.2 km from Livadi Beach, Anestorema House features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Fantastic accommodation in Astypalaia Chora. Situated at roughly the midpoint of the Hill which has the port area at the bottom and the castle at the top. On this level are the Windmills and it’s around these that most things (restaurants, shops, cocktail bars, parking, bus, etc) are situated. If you want the to stay in the more traditional winding and narrow streets this is not quite that and you’ll have to stay further up the hill closer to the Castle but that means facing that very steep hill regularly for no major benefit. All things considered i think this accommodation is in the best location in Chora. Positioned less than a 2 minute walk from the Windmills. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. Tastefully modernised. All amenities that are required are provided (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, coffee maker, washing machine, lots of electrical sockets, internet and good air con). The shower is fantastic. There a lovely seating area with a tv. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable if slightly awkward in that one side is against the wall so you can’t get in/out on both sides. There was only two of us so the mezzanine bed was not used. There is a terrace at the front with a table and chairs and a small sun trap terrace to the rear with more seating and a clothes line to dry clothes. Just one warning in that there are a number of steps and stairs in the property so I would not recommend it (or the Chora in general really) for anyone with mobility issues. Not an issue for us but could be for some. Finally a word on the host. Anna was amazing. So friendly. She was waiting to greet us even though our arrival was quite delayed. She gave us loads of information about the Chora and the Island, left us a fruit basket, water in the fridge and a welcome drink. Even more than that we bumped into her later in our visit in the local ice cream shop and she got us both an ice cream. Fantastic.
