Situated in Karfás and only 200 metres from Karfas Beach, Iris Studios Chios features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything!! It was beyond expectations. To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

STROUBIS STUDIOS 2, a property with a garden, is located in Chios, 100 metres from Megas Limnionas Beach, 9.2 km from Archaeological Museum Of Chios, as well as 10 km from Port of Chios. We liked everything. It's a good basis for exploring the south coast of Chios with it's amazing beaches. There's on site parking place, the wi-fi connection was good throughout our stay. Everything was super clean and the kitchenette fully equipped for our needs. On our departure, the host kindly gifted us mastiha liqueur and mastiha cream to prepare cold beverages. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this house! The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The house was spotless and well-organized, with clear instructions for everything. Its proximity to the city was a major plus, making it convenient to explore. Highly recommend!

The property was just outside the crowded city center and had parking included. Also the rooms had AC. Everything was newly constructed and clean.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Chios Shallow Sea is situated in Karfás, 7.1 km from Archaeological Museum Of Chios and 8.5 km from Port of Chios. Our host, George was very helpful, warm person. He welcomed us with little sweets and great smile. The room was very clean and new and has a great sea view. George offered us upgrade our room with no extra charge but we already loved our room. The hotel’s location is near to the center and other villages by car. We found a restaurant for dinner on the internet but we couldn’t make a reservation, so George called the restaurant and made a reservation for us. My husband and i thank George and next time we come to Chios, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment which is only around 1min walk from Komi beach and 3min to the bars/cafes, which is very convenient. Very nice flair. Also all surrounding villages and beaches in the south can easily be reached by car.
