Staff very good, very easy and safe to book through hotel excursions. pricing drinks good. breakfast excellent. whole villa complex couldn’t fault. beds by the sea and bar.

Such an amazing vibe thanks to Tan, Marco, and Deka. I stayed at a few hotels in Bali, but hands down this place was the most memorable. Had a great time just hanging out at the bar having Bintangs and great tasting coffee. It was my first time showering outside and it was so refreshing. The room was clean and the AC was perfect. Also the pool was nice and clean. Overall an awesome experience and definitely my favorite place throughout my 2 week vacation. Most definitely recommend Casa Kapuas!

Mereäärne Cottage, Gili Air on hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Gili Airi saarel, Gili Airi ranna lähedal. Kohapeal on erarand ja aed. We loved our stay here! It felt like we had our own little piece of paradise on the island! The breakfast was decent. The location was convenient and the cottage was very cute and quaint. They provided so much from chairs, hammocks, beach towels, etc. We will definitely come back!

The villa is easy to access , very well organized and clean , the manager was very welcoming and helpful .

Villa Tokay - Luxury Private Villas asub Gili Airis Gili Airi ranna lähedal, Bangsali sadamast 6,5 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on basseinivaatega terrass, bassein ja tasuta jalgrattad. Our stay at Tokay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is aesthetically very beautiful and with great attention to detail. It is located in a quieter area of the island but just a 2-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the main street. Our “room” was extremely spacious and comfortable, including a private pool, a kitchen with an outdoor table (where breakfast was served) and a relaxation area with sofas and beanbags on the upper floor (for our exclusive use). The staff were extremely attentive and incredibly kind, always aware of our needs and available to help with any additional services or questions. The hotel uses a WhatsApp communication system, so you only need to send a message to request any type of service and you get a real-time response. We read some reviews about the hotel and honestly, we had absolutely nothing negative to mention. There is a spa service (which we used), bicycles available at any time for guests, and an excellent restaurant. Our days at Tokay were excellent. The ideal place to rest and relax in the middle of the island, without worries.

Zakki and the staff were super friendly and always ready to give tips about traveling around Indonesia. He even cooked dinner for us and we had anice chat together with other guests. The rabbits were very cute!

Aia ja aiavaatega Ani Bungalows asub Gili Trawanganis, 700 meetri kaugusel Kagu-Ida rannast ja 1,2 km kaugusel Loode-Lääne rannast. I really loved my stay here! Ani and her staff were super lovely, I felt welcome from the minute I got there. The room was clean, the bed super comfy, AC worked and it had amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. I also really liked the breakfast options. I stayed in the room where another review just stated that they had no hot water. As soon as that review came in, Ani reached out to me and asked whether the hot water was actually not working and had it fixed that same evening. Super responsive and great sense of service and hospitality. Thank you so much!

We stayed at Villa Kayu on Gili Air for my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Gary, the owner, and Dian, the general manager. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The villa itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offering everything we could possibly need for a comfortable retreat. Dian went above and beyond to arrange a fantastic boat trip for my wife's birthday, allowing us to snorkel at several stunning spots where we encountered vibrant marine life, including plenty of fish and turtles. Upon returning to the villa, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture from the staff—a lovely handwritten note, delicious cookies, and a stunning birthday cake made entirely out of fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end the day! While the villa is not beachfront, it remains an excellent value for money given its quality and the exceptional service provided. We would rate the villa a solid 9, with the staff deserving an unwavering 10 for their warmth, attentiveness, and generosity. The hospitality of the Indonesian people has truly left us in awe, making this trip an experience we will cherish forever. If you're looking for a stay in Gili Air that combines comfort, thoughtfulness, and wonderful service, Villa Kayu is the place to stay. Highly recommended. John & Traci
