This place has the friendliest and most helpful staff we've had on our Bali trip. They were ready to shift us to a different room when I brought up an issue about the AC (which was not really much of an issue. We had to keep the doors shut for longer). They were proactive in making sure that we were going to the right places by providing recommendations. The room was pretty good too. We got hot water for a longer period as compared to the other places we stayed at.

Set in Selong Belanak, Pandan Villas offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Literally the best place in the world. It couldn't have been any better. Lovely rooms, pool, location, and Joe the owner or manager literally woke up at 4:30 am when we had to leave early to catch a taxi to make sure the taxi showed up on time and that we headed out on time. What a guy. This place is a gem, you'd be lucky to stay here.

Staff are very very helpful, they ensure your comfort and if you ask anything they will attend to your needs. Room is very clean and very spacious and very beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. Staff arranged horse carriage and very early excellent snorkelling trip and recommended amazing diving centre too. I will be coming back and will definitely be staying here 😀

Would absolutely recommend, the place is on a side road so you're in a very quiet place but still only 5min walk to the beach. Super nice hosts, great recommendations for activities and planning, they really make you feel at home! A/C works perfectly, bed is comfortable, breakfast was just delicious (go for the banana pancakes!). Scooter rental possible for a very good price, recommended!
