The owner and the workers are really nice and helpful and the hotel is located few minutes walking from Kalkudah beach. You can also easily reach Passikudah beach by foot. Their english is excellent and it facilitates communication. Arul is really keen on sharing local knowledge and culture which was super nice. Room is fine. Location is perfect between the two beaches (I personally prefer Kalkudah) Breakfast and food is delicious. Highly recommend the pancake rolls!

The beaches are very CLOSE and they even let you have a bicycle to roam around FREE of charge! In Pasikuda everyone looks at you like you're walking money. The only honest people I met was Runi (the owner) and his family, and Robinson the tuktuk driver.
