We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

The villa was very beautiful, tiny, clean and big enough for 4 persons Everything was available in the villa with three kitchen and the bathrooms The view is perfect on the lake and the road to the villa was good as well The guy Mohhamed Allam was very collaborative and helpful, many thanks for him.
