The Access to the apartment / "handover of the keys" is uncomplicated. The apartment is very modern and well maintained and the air conditioning is a big plus!! Only access to the apartment requires climbing almost 100 steps. Which in itself isn't a problem. Only physically disabled people would have a hurdle here.

Set in Bora Bora, a few steps from Matira Beach and 13 km from Mount Otemanu, Matira Sandy Home 658 DTO-MT offers a garden and air conditioning. This is a dream house in Bora Bora. I loved that the ocean was just steps away from the back gate. Best place for breathtaking sunset pictures! Gorgeous. The nearest grocery store is just 10 min walk, so are restaurants and a public beach. We all loved spending hours snorkeling on the beach, and we even saw a couple of stingrays. The concierge was fantastic and she arranged taxis for us upon our arrival and departure. She also gave us tips of where to go shopping. We had a few meals at the house and everything was in working order. I did laundry there too and so glad they provided detergent. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Situated in Bora Bora, a few steps from Matira Beach and 14 km from Mount Otemanu, Matira Sunset House N659 DTO-MT features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. It was right on the best part of the best beach and had a nice beachfront outdoor setup with tables, chairs and sofas to enjoy it. It was also an easy walk to several restaurants and a neat little coffee and fresh juice stand.
