The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great family. Excellent location in nice residentail area. Easy walk to sunset / leeward beach takes about 10 minutes. We hiked around the area and went to Grace Bay beach, Long Bay beach, and the Blue Haven marina without needing a rental car. So some really nice places to visit that are relatively close. Also took a couple of taxis to get around and bring back groceries. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Located in Providenciales, The Cottonwood House - Beach Villa provides accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.

The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were SO accommodating. We were delighted to with the brand new facilities, fantastic air conditioning, and the vicinity to Sunset Beach. Just a quick walk around the corner and BAM! You’re on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We couldn’t have been happier.

I love the convenience of having the sliding door and, our own little patio area to hang out with beautiful plantation around us. It’s only a few steps away from the pool.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Villa Renaissance Unit 501 Grace Bay Beach is set in The Bight Settlements. Fab apartment , great location and Catherine was amazing. She arranged for our transfers to and from the airport and was there to greet us on arrival.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a rooftop pool, La Vista Azul Resort - Studio is located in Turtle Cove. Good value, very clean. You need a rental car to see the rest of the island. Maybe a list of local drivers in the room would be nice for those not wanting to rent a car.

I liked that the home was spacious and had an electric gate for entry and exiting. I also loved the shower and the master bedroom closet and really wanted to take it home with me.

Set in Turtle Cove, New Listing La Vista Azul Spacious 1 Bedroom Condo offers accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. It was so quiet, and the pool was wonderful. I enjoyed being there it was truly peaceful. It was amazing and close to some of restaurant by walking. The groceries store was a few minutes away by car. It was amazing, I will recommend my friends to go there. Also, I will probably go there again one day.

Situated in Turtle Cove, 1 km from Babalua Beach and 2.3 km from Sunset Beach, Sea Esta Studio III - Cozy for Couples! offers a rooftop pool and air conditioning. I traveled to Turks & Caicos alone this year for my birthday; however, this was the best experience ever. Mark & Lili were amazing hosts. They made sure they answered all of my questions about navigating the island & they provided excellent details about how to get to the resort & access the condo. I accidentally spilled something on the bed while I was there & wanted to know how to get to a convenience store to pick up some laundry detergent. They insisted on sending over their cleaning lady, who was so sweet & helpful by the way, because they wanted me to just relax & enjoy my birthday. Once I arrived, there was happy birthday decorations & a bottle of champagne & flowers. It was so beautiful I teared up a little. I loved my stay at their condo, they had everything that I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I received top tier hospitality & my birthday trip was very rewarding. Thank you so much Mark & Lili you’re the absolute best.
