Everything here is exceptional, I have stayed in very expensive 5 star resorts that are shamed by the attention to detail here. Everything has been thought of and there is a generosity that makes you feel that they have put guest comfort way above profit. Sadly lacking in most these days. The pictures online in now way do it justice. The room was immaculate. It looked brand new. Everything has been provided. The check in was painless and the staff charming and relaxed but attentive. The location is fabulous. USB points by the bed and even a cable provided. Real sheets on the very comfy bed , not those horrible wrinkly fast change things.beach towels and even tennis rackets and balls.

We loved all the extra touches at this villa. All the bedding and bathroom accessories were good quality and comfortable. The kitchen and dining room was also set up with great accessories for making family meals and having enough space to relax and store all our surf gear. Super comfortable

    The beachfront retreat was a beautiful home located right on the beach. Laura our host greeted us and she was so nice and accommodating. Her home was stocked with everything you need. The extras in the kitchen and bathroom was amazing and this has been the best accommodation we have even stayed in . We will definitely be retuning.

    Nothing. We booked an ocean view apartment that only gave us ocean glimpses & only if you were adult height. Not the family beach holiday we had planned at all. Contacted the property & was told the ocean view units were booked out despite our booking being for ocean views. No compensation or further communication.

    Absolutely love coming to Akuna Beach resort. This will be my 3rd time visiting and I will continue to return. Facilities are so good you don't need to leave, although there is lots to do in Coffs Harbour if you do. Everything is so clean and the staff are so lovely. Right on the beach you can't go wrong. Mini golf, multiple pools, tennis, volleyball and gym.
