The room was very cosy, spacious and clean. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast with whatever we wished to eat. There is a pool with hot mineral water and jacuzzi in the garden. Great option in Ivan Rilski apartment complex; studio with all amenities for a short/medium stay, underground parking, full access to all hotel SPA facilities. Easy keys pick-up and drop-off at the reception. Kept in touch with the host and was very helpful.

Не ми е прв пат да престојувам во овој хотел, секогаш му се враќам, затоа што е удобен, мал, интимен, се чувствувам секогаш слободно и добредојдено. Персоналот е љубезен, никогаш не е гужва низ хотелот, ниту за време на појадок, ниту за вечера. Немав дојдено неколку години, има позитивни промени, спа делот е проширен, многу удобен, со тивка релаксирачка музика. Базенот топол како и секогаш, уживање после скијање да се опуштат мускулите. Храната беше превкусна, ги надмина моите очекувања, особено вечерата што беше шведска маса, претходно имаше да се избере од 3 понудени опции. Хотелот беше топол насекаде и во собите. Има и убава игротека за децата, ќерка ми секоја вечер ја користеше.

For the purpose we went with our family, relaxing in the nature with using spa, we are very satisfied. The appartment is having all you need and is very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast and morning coffee in the yard, listening only the birds. Total relax. The host is very responsive. Swimming pool and spa are also great, children enjoyed. Massages in the spa were also nice. We plan to go come back again in the summer. :)

Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from ski gondola. We came with a 2 year old child and there was baby chair and cot in the apartment which helped us a lot. Best thing about this apartment was that it was warm inside even when outside was -5.
