I loved everything about this cozy nook. The bottle of champagne and added treats were lovely. The bed was so cozy. I have no idea a pub was downstairs and I wish we had time to go. I would recommend, I already have recommended it and next time we are down that way visiting our friends again we will be staying there again. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. ❤

Darren was an exceptional host and made us feel right at home. The property is on the waterfront with views across the river to old fort Niagara. Breakfast was a feast every morning and varied and interesting. We would love to return.

It couldn't have been better! the location, the room, the breakfast, it was just perfect! we stayed for two nights and enjoyed it so much, the walk into the village, the great dinner at ruffinos. breakfast is so delicious and the selection really good! the staff is so friendly and helpful.

The Host supported me and my friends with kindness and empathy when one of us had a travel crisis with a passport by being flexible with check in time. We rearranged the check in with ease. Also, the Host contacted me to inform us that the prior guests had broken the shower door and to confirm that we were okay with the temporary repair. The house was in great location of the lake, about 10 minutes walk. It had character, a little dated but didn’t ruin our stay. It had plenty of living space for us all, the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was was great to have relaxing time
