This stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment exceeded all our expectations – clean, fresh, and smelled like new. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Everything was perfectly prepared, down to the smallest details. The apartment looked completely new, and it was fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything we needed was there. Small touches like laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel, or even trash bags made a big impression. It really showed how much the host cares about guest comfort. The location? A dream! Just 2–3 minutes walking to the beautiful Las Canteras beach, surrounded by countless cafés, restaurants, and bars. There’s a playground, open-air gym, and even the large Las Arenas shopping center – all within a few minutes on foot. Communication with the host was perfect – clear, smooth, and professional. We received detailed instructions for arrival, access, and check-out, and everything worked flawlessly. The keyless entry with electronic codes was modern and super convenient. Lack of private parking at the building could be a bit inconvenient, but there’s a great solution nearby – a huge parking lot by Las Arenas, just €3 per day. Totally worth it! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Las Palmas. It’s a perfect place to relax and explore the city. If only all accommodations were like this one!

The most ideal vacation in ideal apartments, which are even better than in the photo. The location is perfect! The beach is 200 meters away, there are a huge number of shops, stalls, cafes around. Large shopping centers with a huge number of boutiques are nearby. There is a bus station nearby, all the sights of the capital and the island are accessible. At the same time, the area is pedestrian, lively, but calm and quiet. We slept great. The owner is extremely accessible and responsive. Communication with him is a pleasant addition to a wonderful vacation.

I stayed in the apartment for 13 nights and can only recommend this accommodation. The host Maria is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, she only speaks Spanish, but we were still able to communicate using our hands and feet :) The apartment is very clean (even the stairwell always smells nice), modern and the kitchen is well equipped. There is free WIFI. The accommodation is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is everything you need in the area: supermarket, restaurants, various stores and not forgetting the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach. The price-performance ratio is fine for me. Thanks again Maria for this great stay!
