It is the fourth time we have stayed at the Negresco hotel and, as every time, everything was perfect. Excellent location both for the beach and Palma itself. The room was exceptionally clean. Amazing view from the room and just few steps away from the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The food was very good.

The room was really spacious and cosy, the breakfast was just amazing! many different kind of good food, both mediterranean and British breakfast. The location of the hotel is unrivalled, right in front of the sea (10m) and very close to all restaurants and vibrant area of the coast however being located at the end of the playa de Can Castilla it sits in a more quiet area so it is really perfect. The airport is very close so your trip to the hotel takes no longer than 10 min.

Great experience which we will repeat Friendly staff, easy checkin, supportive. Delicious and rich breakfast, great rose Cava! Room was extremely clean, hotel looks very modern, definitely a 4 star. The breakfast is open most of the morning. Breakfast had something for everyone, lots of fresh fruits, juices, lots of choice, plenty of seating although very busy. Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly (particularly the cleaners <3). Nice area at the front for drinks and snacks and watch the people go by. Also they kept my bag for me after I checked out because I had a late night flight, so I could go enjoy the city. Good value for money in October. I was upgraded to double room which was two single beds pushed together. Also I was able to check in slightly earlier. In the room plenty of towels, small hairdryer, safe, samsung TV, lighting was nice, fridge for drinks. Also because the hotel was adults only, it was very peaceful but didn't hear any entertainment, only from the hotel behind us.

    The hotel was amazing! Located right on the beach, the views were amazing especially from the sky bar day and night. The Spa and breakfast which were both included in our stay were wonderful. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean at all times, and the staff were great. The location was abit too commercial, but actually it made the sanctuary of our beautiful hotel even better.

    Excellent location, we (a family of 3) had a Junior Suite with excellent sea views, the hotel is ideally situated right on the beach front, the hotel is clean overall, it is close to restaurants, shops and amenities, it is also close to "animated" areas, yet very quite. The personnel is friendly overall and ready to help (for renting a bike, a car, or to give you an advice). Good choice of food and drinks in the buffet.

    Everything was lovely at this hotel the staff the pool and the food. The restaurant was very busy at certain times as expected but always managed to find a table and always plenty of food and lots of choice. The pool area was lovely and clean and the one on the roof superb views! The rooms were so lovely and nice and clean and beds very comfy. Such a great location being right on the beach will definitely be returning! 😊

    Location is excellent! It's really closed to the airport, right on the beach but almost no airplane noises. Airport bus stops right next to it. A smaller supermarket in the same building, bigger supermarkets in walking distance. A lot of restaurants nearby. I got first line seaview on my terrace so nothing to complain :)

    Excellent hotel with perfect location on the beachfront of Platja de Palma. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast with lots of food options and good quality. The bicycle rent office in the hotel is good value and does not need deposits (for hotel guests). Overall the stay was a great experience.
