Beach Hotels in Lemmenjoki

Absolutely superb accommodation! A small cottage with everything you need, hidden in an Arctic forest by a lake (with a rowboat at your disposal). You can spend days here without meeting anyone, completely immersed in the beautiful landscape. And above all, an amazing sauna! My philosophy is that life is too short to return to the same places, but this is one of the few I’d gladly come back to again – and my whole family agrees. 😊

The cottage is simple but cozy and a nice stay to explore Lemmenjoki national park. The owners are very nice!

Met my expectations. It’s simple cabin with bunk beds, shared toilet and shared shower.

A M A Z I N G place that felt like home! We saw the Aurora on the frozen lake, the owner was kind and let us feed his reindeers plus the house was so warm! We collected so many beautiful memories that we hopes to be back in the summertime:)

Really tasty, filling dinners served by a chef who seemed to enjoy catering for us. We loved taking out the rowing boat on the lake and going for a swim from the platform by the beach.

If you want to get away from it all, this accommodation is perfect for you. Relaxation is guaranteed in this place. There are no disturbing factors. I felt incredibly at home there. Starting with the large panoramic windows, which guarantee a view of the forest and the sky in both the living room and bedroom at all times, for example to see the northern lights. But even when the northern lights are not sweeping across the sky, the view of the fantastic starry sky is also indescribable. This house is perfectly equipped. Everything is very modern. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sauna. The bed is very comfortable and if you are looking for a socket in the bedroom, you will find it in the back left corner. :-) I can't confirm the problems with the internet, however I was only logged on to the wifi for a short time and it worked. Most of my vacation, however, I surfed via my provider as I had technical problems with my cell phone. Thank you very much, dear Tero! I would love to come back.
