We loved the house, which is well-designed and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of art, special details, and a pleasant simplicity. We loved the proximity to the sea, the unique village, and also the closeness to the tavernas. The beachfront is really beautiful and pleasant, with no winds, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys relaxing by the sea with a book and the sun. The access to the water is right next to the house and is very convenient and accessible.

Great location right on the coast road about 3km outside the main village on Poros. Beautifully clean and good facilities. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but beware the top floor has a low ceiling and you'll need to stoop not to bang your head, better for children perhaps.

This place is simply amazing .....the location is spectacular...the villa? Just WOW ....3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms kitchen dining area and lounge are wonderful .. but the veranda is truly spectacular ....its huge with a big table, umbrella and bbq ...we've had amazing meals looking out across the sea cooked on the bbq with food brought from the fish market and butchers ....equally the Tavernas are lovely ..and let's not forget Karalos who runs the Passage across the road .....do some ski-ing or have fun on the banana or , like us, lounge on the sunbeds and watch everyone else do it!, Its a peaceful location and nowhere is far .... we cannot race about this villa enough ....go and see for yourself !

The view from the sea view rooms is absolutely stunning! Definitely, one of my hardest "good byes". The location is very close to 2 beaches with beach bars and a tavern. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

I had an incredible four-night stay with my mom. The hotel is new, clean, and one of the only ones on the beautiful island of Agistri with a pool facing the beach, accessible day and night. This place is perfect for a calm, relaxing time, and the staff was super friendly. Shoutout to Rania for her warm welcome! I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back.

We have been regular guests at this hotel for years and spend some wonderful days here every September. We cannot praise enough how friendly and accommodating the entire team and the owner are. This hotel is perfect for those who want to take trips to the islands of Spetses or Hydra or simply want to enjoy a few days of peace and nature. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is varied and a great start to the day, and the option to enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel is definitely worth recommending. In the vicinity, there are also some romantic restaurants in Ermioni that are worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and amazingly quiet, which makes our stay pleasant every time. We look forward to being here year after year and can't wait to come back next September. Unique seaside retreat center surrounded by pure Nature and some of the clearest beaches i have ever swim in Greece ! We also rent e bikes and cycling really easy to Volcano ! Friendly and District hospitality from the lovely owners. Relaxing experience indeed... Highly recommended if you are looking for some more than a typical room for a few days..

A hidden gem. A traditional comfortable Greek hotel right by the sea. Staff are lovely, breakfast is just great and the location is superb right on the beach. Wake up to a glorious sunrise every morning from your balcony.
