We had an amazing stay! The hosts are incredible. The apartment was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, more than I could finish, and very tasty. The location is great; you can walk the stairs down to the beach (5min down, 10min up), but I was pregnant in full summer so we drove every day to the free parking at the beach (always space, 5min drive). Our summer holiday here was perfect!

The location is wonderful as it is quieter than the rest of Agios Ioannis. What really makes it special is the 2 ladies who run the hotel Eleni and Anna who are so nice and will go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is great with homemade jam and marmalade and thick Greek yogurt. They have a nice garden to sit in which has shade and orange trees. Highly recommend this place.

I booked this apartment last minute and it's the best choice that I have ever made. The host Panagiotis was amazing and he helped me with everything about my arrival. The apartment was cleaned and equipped with necessary to make our stay easy. They offered us an arrival gift which was a mystery box! Also the breakfast was a pleasant surprise for us! Great spot for a quiet beach holiday. We stayed for 5 nights and spent most days on the beach or hiking. The beach was quiet, with just a few people now and then (end of season). You could also easily walk to other beaches nearby. We had dinner at the taverna almost every night and the food was delicious. The unit also has a small kitchen for cooking basics. The hosts were really friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. A lovely spot if you want to get away from it all.

The house was clean and actually looked better than the pictures. The view from the balcony was amazing, we enjoyed every minute spent on it. The town is not crowded and has a good choice of restaurants. There are nice beaches in the area within 10-15min with car or walking distance to the town beach. There is a garage where the guests can park right next to the house. Good communication with the owner. I highly recommend the house!!!

Location is great right on the beach Everything is new in the house, but one room doesn’t have air conditioning so you need to leave the window and the door opened otherwise it gets too hot. The hosts are very nice

Hotel view is spectacular. Room is spacious and very clean. Very kind staff. all products served are homemade/ grown in the local business back yard and taste amazing!.Limnionas beach is very close with a great bar and crystal waters.

this is a two-room unit. The rooms are very nice. It is right on the beach. The beach is beautiful. The hosts are very nice people - they filled the kitchen with food. There is a bar right next to the unit which serves food and drinks. Other than that, there is nothing on the beach. When the bar closes, the people staying at the unit have the beach to themselves which is great and very special

Amazing! Excellent! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ve never relaxed as much as we did here. Tranquil, cozy, but you also get to socialize with staff and other guests. Yasmine is a wonderful host and cooks the most delicious food. We never left the property to go eat somewhere else during our 3-day stay. We enjoyed swimming both at the cliff on the hotel property, and the nearby beach (10min walk). This hotel has the absolute best service. We would love to come back!
